Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments with new and existing members

  • Design and implement customized training programs based on individual goals and needs

  • Provide instruction on proper exercise technique, safety, and injury prevention

  • Deliver high-energy personal training sessions (individual or small groups)

  • Track and communicate member progress regularly

  • Support club operations and maintain cleanliness of training areas

  • Actively promote personal training services to members and prospects

  • Participate in club events, challenges, and community outreach
