Position: Human Resource Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Associate to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of HR principles and processes. As a Human Resource Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our company by managing various HR functions and providing support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new employees are set up for success.

- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.

- Manage employee benefits and ensure all information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner.

- Coordinate and assist in training and development initiatives for employees.

- Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee relations issues.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of HR principles and processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
