Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a passion for helping people and resolving issues efficiently. As a CSR, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone, email, chat, or in-person communication.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in both English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, system changes, and process improvements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and common office tools
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools or platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot)
