About the role

Spark and Vitalicy Aesthetic Corp., a leading provider of high-quality medical equipment and supplies, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is an integral part of our warehousing and distribution operations, responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of our inventory.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, inspecting, and accurately documenting incoming shipments of medical equipment and supplies
  • Organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Picking, lifting heavy objects, packing, and dispatching orders to customers and distribution channels in a timely manner
  • Assisting with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock-level monitoring
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations and address any issues or discrepancies
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure and compliant warehouse

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills to interact with team members and address any issues that arise
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items as required
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
