POSITION: TECHNICIAN

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform testing of electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
  • Able to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
  • Able to use testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and multimeters to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
  • Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, such as chipping existing concrete walls or floors to lay conduits and also moving and lifting heavy objects.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Provide timely response for any service issues and requests.
  • Must have background in doing preventive maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm System and other Auxiliary and Security products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalentany related field.
  • With at least 2 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be familiar with Building Technology System, CCTVs, door access, Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA), and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS).
  • Knowleadgeable in troubleshooting, pipe installation (PVC/G.I.), building and wiring.
  • Agile, able to multi-task, and has great attention to details.
  • Preferably knows how to drive (with driver's license).
  • Can do fieldwork
  • Willing to work onsite.
