IT Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician/ Network Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our network infrastructure, providing technician support, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance on servers, switches, routers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document IT procedures, network configurations, and system updates.
• Manage Inventory of IT Items.
• Clerical task as per required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• [Required] Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong Knowledge of networking concept (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
