Job Description: Talent Shoot

Position: Talent Shoot (Model / Host / Influencer)

Overview:

The Talent Shoot is responsible for representing the brand, product, or campaign during photo and video sessions. The role involves performing confidently on camera, following creative direction, and maintaining a professional attitude throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in photoshoots and video shoots according to the campaign brief.
  • Interpret the brand's concept and deliver expressions, gestures, and poses that fit the creative direction.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and the creative team to achieve desired results.
  • Maintain punctuality and readiness for all scheduled shoots, fittings, and rehearsals.
  • Follow instructions from the director or producer during the shoot.
  • Ensure a professional appearance and grooming that aligns with the brand image.
  • Promote a positive, cooperative attitude on set and during team interactions.
  • Adapt quickly to last-minute changes in wardrobe, setting, or script.

Qualifications:

  • Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work under time constraints.
  • Previous experience in modeling, hosting, or acting is an advantage.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel if required.

Work Environment:

  • Work may involve long hours or multiple takes.
  • Shoots may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on project needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php28,000.00 per month
