About the role
AQUADYSINC' is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources function within our organisation. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support for recruitment process, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, CV formatting and document preparation.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Prepare presentations and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general office support, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Willing to report onsite in Libis, Quezon City.
