Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Treasury Assistant to support our daily financial operations. The role involves preparing collection reports, issuing invoices/receipts, handling client payments, and ensuring accurate and timely bank deposits. This position is vital in maintaining efficient treasury and cash management processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate the daily collection report of payments remitted via Cebuana, M Lhuillier, and GCash, and cascade the data to branches through email for the issuance of service invoice.
  • Prepare the daily collection report for cash and check payments of other products and issue corresponding sales invoices.
  • Receive and process cash payments from walk-in clients at the head office, issue sales invoices, and ensure timely deposit of collections to the bank within the same day (during banking hours).

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
  • Experience in treasury, banking, or financial industries is an advantage.
  • Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a good team player.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Can start ASAP.
