About the Role

As a QAQC Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring construction quality, managing technical reviews, and overseeing civil infrastructure activities on-site. You will work closely with owners, contractors, and internal specialists to drive excellence in wind farm construction.

Location: Negros Occidental, Philippines

Contract Duration: TBH months

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform Owner's Engineer services during construction monitoring.

Oversee and coordinate daily QAQC civil inspections with the site team.

Conduct material and construction quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.

Investigate root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Manage and review inspection documentation, completion checklists, and handover packages.

Coordinate design reviews and technical assessments with internal specialists.

Prepare daily and weekly reports, manage risk registers, and attend site meetings.

Engage with EPC contractors, project owners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in QAQC roles within the construction or energy sector.

Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.

Detail-oriented with a logical and analytical mindset.

Experience in wind farm construction, roadworks, drainage, and foundation projects is a plus

Industry certifications and leadership experience are highly desirable.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical reporting.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic team environment and drive continuous improvement.
