What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) plans for fire protection and plumbing systems
  2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the installation and performance of fire protection and plumbing systems
  3. Review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  4. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve QAQC issues in a timely manner
  5. Prepare detailed QAQC reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  6. Provide training and guidance to site personnel on QAQC best practices
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in fire protection and plumbing

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  2. Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
  4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
