IT – Director, Consulting Delivery

CGI Philippines, part of the Asia Pacific Strategic Business Unit in CGI, has been established since 2007, offering extensive business process capabilities in Customer Care, HR, and back-office operations. It also provides end-to-end IT services, including service desk, infrastructure management, application management, and system integration. Security ResponsibilitiesAll members are responsible for the security of the information they use or manage, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Basic security obligations include:Being aware of legislation related to data protection, computer misuse, copyright, intellectual property, and records retention;Using business information resources responsibly;Familiarizing with and conforming to the Information Security policy and standards;Reporting breaches or suspected breaches of the security policy immediately to the Line Manager and Information Security Officer. ConfidentialityAs a Director of Consulting Delivery, access to confidential information is expected to be maintained securely, with documents kept under lock and electronic versions secured. Performance CriteriaYour success will be measured against your achievements related to the Terms of Reference and Performance Indicators.
Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Business DevelopmentDevelop and maintain relationships with SBU Leaders and BU teams to foster transparency and mutual benefits;Support client relationships and business development activities;Participate in CSAP discussions and maintain Client Development Plans. Operations ManagementLead monthly financial reviews and forecasts;Drive operational efficiencies and resource allocation;Implement continuous improvement initiatives across BUs. Finance ManagementManage P&L for your Director group;Lead initiatives for cost savings, profitability, and revenue growth;Support proposals with financial insights;Manage discretionary budgets efficiently.
Partner ManagementImplement Partner Partnership Management framework to meet targets;Mentor managers and team members on initiatives. Communities of Practice & AlliancesContribute to APAC Communities of Practice and global alliances related to your technology domain. AdministrativeAdhere to all company responsibilities.
Duties outside normal responsibilities may be required occasionally. QualificationsProven management experience, preferably in ERP industry, with at least three years in a leadership role;Extensive project/service management experience and strong financial management skills;Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills;Strong analytical and financial skills, knowledge of management foundations, KPI dashboards, and budgeting processes;Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and compliance processes.
