Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce and nCino functional configurations.
  • Configure Salesforce and nCino applications, including user setup, custom objects, page layouts, workflows, process builders, and approval processes.
  • Utilize
    OmniStudio
    (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) for complex UI and integration needs.
  • Lead and/or support the implementation and integration of
    Financial Services Cloud
    ,
    nCino
    , or
    Public Sector Solutions
    .
  • Design and implement scalable data migration strategies using Salesforce import/export utilities and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and manage code repositories (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) for streamlined CI/CD processes.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentoring to junior team members (Director level responsibilities include practice growth and client relationship management).

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with
    Salesforce platform
    configuration and customization.
  • Proven expertise in
    nCino
    or
    Public Sector Solutions
    .
  • Experience with
    Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
    .
  • Proficiency in
    OmniStudio
    components.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control/repository management systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data migration techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Omnistudio Consultant, FSC, or nCino certifications) are a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or other programmatic capabilities (optional based on role level).
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, document functional requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations (required for Manager/Director levels).
