  • The implementation of business systems and solutions, as well as Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Project Count (MEPC) strategies.

  • Collaborate with major project directors to create comprehensive plans for program execution that will help advance high-value project and program management initiatives and introduce best practices.

  • Maintain contacts with important internal stakeholders to find ways to streamline operations throughout the company, as well as to guarantee delivery stability, commercial viability, and customer happiness.
  • Oversee the recruitment, goal setting, and performance evaluation of a diverse program team of senior specialists to ensure that they are driven and equipped with the abilities needed to meet the program's objectives.
  • Provide and put into place a set of best-practice procedures and systems initiatives throughout the project.
  • To maximize success and the completion of significant projects, pool resources.
  • Establish accountability and ownership while striking a balance between being decisive and making others accountable for their actions.
  • In charge of determining the delivery strategy for several projects and creating the plan after consulting with important stakeholders.
  • In charge of creating project delivery plans and the necessary controls to ensure delivery.
  • In charge of overseeing the execution of several projects, interacting with the senior leadership group and associate and senior project managers.
  • To promote personal networking and strengthen one's own and one's company's credibility in the industry, gain and preserve a thorough understanding of the organization's services, business, and industrial area.
  • Take the initiative to actively lead and encourage process automation and standardization for ongoing information management practice improvement.
  • Actively lead and drive standardization and automation of processes for continuous improvement in Information Management practices.
  • Good understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance issues to ensure that information is managed in a responsible and secure manner.
  • Strategic thinking to align Project / Programmed management with organizational goals.
  • Analytical skills to make sense of complex data and information, as well as Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions.
