Payroll and Billing Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end processing of payroll, including data gathering, validation, computation, and report generation.
  • Support the billing cycle, including preparation of invoices, reconciliation of records, and coordination with relevant departments for timely and accurate submissions.
  • Perform basic tax-related tasks, such as payroll tax computations, compliance checks, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records, payroll databases, and billing files.
  • Respond to employee payroll and billing inquiries promptly, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits, management reviews, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in payroll, billing, or finance is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with payroll software systems, particularly Jeonsoft, is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of billing processes and taxation (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with HRIS or other payroll tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
