Job Description:

We are seeking a QA Engineer with a strong background in electronics manufacturing to join our quality assurance team. The role involves monitoring product quality, performing root cause analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, work instructions, and documented procedures.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding quality-related matters.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or any related field.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing processes is required.
  • Skilled in conducting root cause analysis and preparing detailed quality reports.
  • Able to create work instructions and documented procedures.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
