We are looking for Marketing & Creative Intergrator a partner who takes ownership, builds systems, and helps execute my vision across both BBP and APW.

Responsibilities

Big Birge Plumbing (BBP) – Foundation & Funding

Lead Generation & Ads

  • Create and manage Facebook ads that convert to calls (#1 priority).
  • Track and report performance with simple ROI dashboards.
  • Content & Social Growth
  • Grow FB from 3K → 10K and IG from 430 → 5K.
  • Expand LinkedIn presence by 1K–2K Omaha business followers in 12 months.
  • Repurpose video backlog into YouTube growth (goal: 5–6K subs in 12 months).
  • Explore TikTok as an experimental growth channel.

Community Engagement

  • Write 2–3 customer newsletters/month (story-driven, with useful product recs + affiliate links).
  • Build downloadable plumbing checklists for lead gen + homeowner value.
  • Strengthen BBP as "Omaha's Favorite Plumbing Company."
  • BHAG for BBP (Community Give-Back Program)
  • Develop a Water Heater Donation Program with suppliers (2x/year, scaling to monthly).
  • Create an application system for families in need.
  • Explore partnerships (e.g., Habitat for Humanity).

A Plumber's Wife (APW) – Revenue & Movement

Audience Growth

  • Grow IG from 0 → 20K in 5 months, 100K in 12 months.
  • Grow FB to 10K.
  • Build email list to 10K subscribers in 6 months.

Funnels & Emails

  • Create funnels for coaching, workshops, and digital products.
  • Write story-driven email campaigns that recommend my offers + affiliate products.
  • Products & Courses
  • Co-create ebooks and courses with me, starting with the $97 Amazon Associates course (goal: 500
  • sales/month).
  • Assist in structuring and promoting coaching + group workshops.

Affiliate & Systems

  • Manage (or learn quickly) for emails, funnels, and affiliate integration.
  • Support Amazon Associates affiliate marketing (links, graphics, landing pages).

Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with Canva.
  • With at least 3 years of experience working as a content creator that aligns with the job responsibilities.
  • Creative, fun, and passionate about marketing that drives revenue.
  • A natural self-starter who thrives in partnership with a visionary.
  • Comfortable building systems and not waiting for step-by-step instructions.
  • Experienced in social media management, email marketing, and funnel creation.
  • Amenable to work nightshift.
  • Amenable to work ASAP.

Tools & Platforms (Preferred Experience)

  • Social Media: FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Marketing: , funnels, email automation.
  • Ads: Facebook/Instagram Ads (setup, targeting, monitoring, reporting).
  • Content: Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts); podcast editing helpful.
  • Project Management: Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Amazon Associates experience a plus.
