Job Summary:

We are seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, have excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance with hardware and software issues, troubleshooting common problems, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 Help Desk support to clients, working closely with them to diagnose and resolve technical issues Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop applications, including Microsoft Office 2019
  • Assist users with common problems for Office 2019 Support printers, scanners, and multi-function devices

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on desktops and laptops

  • Communicate with customers over the telephone and email to provide technical support

  • Log, monitor and manage customer incidents and requests for assistance to ensure that SLA targets are met

  • Work with VOIP phone systemTechnical Knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Understanding of workstation and laptop components

  • Understanding of printers and multi-function devices
  • General knowledge of Internet principles, including DNS, DHCP, and IP configuration

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop operating systems
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired knowledge:

  • Experience with remote support tools and techniques
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Familiarity with network security principles and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
