Job Description

A Junior Acquisition Manager exists to identify and secure new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and enhance revenue streams, thereby contributing to the company's overall objective of sustained growth and market expansion.

Job Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, Preferably Business Course/ Marketing Course
  • Preferably 1-2 years' experience in Sales

Job Competencies:

  • Relationship Management: Competency in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions, with a focus on customer service and retention through post-sales support.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for articulating ideas, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, along with the proficiency to quickly learn about new products, services, or industries.
  • Goal Orientation: Competency in setting and achieving individual and team sales targets, effective time management, task prioritization, and working under deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying sales challenges and developing creative solutions to overcome them, including independent troubleshooting and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles (revenue, profitability, ROI) and the ability to analyze financial metrics to assess business decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with key sales and marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, lead generation platforms, analytics) to streamline processes and optimize results.
  • Ethics and Integrity: Strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Personal Character:

  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas, negotiate deals, and build rapport with clients
  • Initiative to seek out new business opportunities, identify potential leads, and take proactive steps to convert them into clients.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on changing market dynamics and client needs.
