JOB OVERVIEW

To be a successful candidate, you will work closely with the accounting team. You will need to be in control of this role and be able to support the operational function of this fast-paced organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing of broker closings (eglobal system)
  • Correspondence via email with NZ based suppliers / customers
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable entry (credit card and creditors)
  • Update client payment and transactional data
  • Assisting from time to time, with receipting of daily transactions
  • Periodic AR support and general assistance with client entry as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Good level of conversational and written English (must have)
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accounting Background preferable or knowledge of  AP accounting processes
  • Quick on the uptake / using initiative
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with minimal errors
  • Ability to pick up eGlobal system

SCHEDULE:

  • Day Shift (Mondays - Fridays) New Zealand timezone
  • Fixed Weekends Off
  • Hours commencing 5AM
  • Office-based Job
  • Can start Immediately
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000 per month depending on experience
