About Us

We're a fast-moving U.S.-based real estate and construction brand with a growing digital presence. Our team already includes 25 remote professionals in the Philippines. We're now looking for a Gary Vee–style social media manager — someone who doesn't just "schedule posts," but creates momentum through daily storytelling, video content, and trend-driven execution.

Your Mission

Create, post, and manage high-volume, high-impact content that builds brand attention across multiple platforms.

You'll lead short-form video production, trend-spotting, and audience engagement to grow our presence on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage a daily content calendar across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcasts, interviews, jobsite videos) into micro-content Gary Vee-style.
  • Track and leverage current trends, memes, and viral sounds — move fast and adapt daily.
  • Script, caption, and post engaging short-form videos designed for attention.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement rate) and pivot strategies weekly.
  • Stay plugged into algorithm updates, trending formats, and emerging platforms.
  • Engage with comments and communities to build genuine brand connection.

  • Understand how to turn attention into leads or sales.
