Primary Purpose:

The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site engineering activities and ensuring that construction works are executed properly, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Track work progress, materials usage, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Ensure construction works adhere to approved plans, drawings, and technical specifications
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to address site concerns and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Assist in store turnover, inspections, and punch listing to ensure project completion and readiness for operation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in construction site engineering or project supervision
  • Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and project implementation
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic project reporting tools
