Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Interpret and review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Supervise and direct on-site labor, subcontractors, and construction activities.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress.
  • Manage resources, materials, and equipment on-site efficiently.
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve construction issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensure documentation and records are maintained accurately throughout the project timeline.
