Job Description

As a Mid Front End Engineer at Bilue, you will combine the art of design with the craft of programming to deliver polished digital products for our clients. You'll be hands-on with React and .NET (C#), tackling complex problems, crafting elegant solutions and delivering products that make a real impact.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into working software.
• Manage AWS Amplify services to connect front-end applications with backend functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the development lifecycle.
• Take a proactive, solution-focused approach to projects, questioning assumptions and identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code aligned to best practices and design principles.
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships, delivering with empathy, transparency, and care.
• Actively participate in and help lead internal tech communities, driving continuous improvement.
• Work within a modern Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing with React (Hooks, functional components, state management, etc.).
• Proven experience with C# and .NET for back-end development.
• Proficiency in SQL and database-driven application development.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Drive best practices for CI/CD, testing, code quality, and performance optimisation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven success working in Agile teams.
• A proactive, continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.

• Candidates must be based within the metropolitan area of Manila with a strong reliable internet connection.
