What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve our processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and empathise with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Customer service or call centre experience is preferred, but not required
