About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative - Non-Voice to join our team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. This is a full-time role based in Taguig City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring their online content meets the required standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our clients' community guidelines and standards
  2. Identifying and escalating content that violates policies or poses potential risks
  3. Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and feedback
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and content moderation activities
  5. Collaborating with the broader team to identify areas for process improvement and policy refinement
  6. Contributing to the development and implementation of content moderation strategies and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply content moderation guidelines and policies
  3. Familiarity with online communities, social media platforms, and user-generated content
