QUALIFICATIONS

College Graduate with at least one year of experience in handling kitchen equipment repairs or similar tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all kitchen equipment across multiple

restaurant branches.

  • Coordinate and liaise with equipment suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and complete

execution of PMS activities.

  • Regularly monitor the condition of kitchen equipment and critical restaurant equipment, identifying

issues before they escalate.

  • Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, supplier visits, and repairs conducted.
  • Respond promptly to repair requests, ensuring urgent issues are attended to immediately and

effectively.

  • Conduct routine site inspections to verify the functionality and safety of all kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure that all maintenance and repairs comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with branch managers and kitchen teams to minimize disruptions during maintenance

and repair work.

  • Recommend improvements or upgrades for outdated or frequently problematic equipment.
  • Do Purchase Order for PMS Contracts, repairs and the likes.
  • Asset Custodian / monitoring of all warehouse asset (In and Out).
  • Assist or support the team by covering tasks when a team member is on leave.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
