Job OverviewEmployment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off
Work setup: Onsite, Makati

- Completed degree from a recognized university
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a tax/business services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
- Australian accounting experience (preferred)
- CPA Program in progress (preferred but not required)
- Ability to use relevant software without difficulty, including APS TAX, XPA, Xero, MYOB
- Communicating clearly, both orally and in writing
- Following instructions by understanding task requirements and deadlines
- Balancing independent problem-solving with knowing when to seek supervision
- Maintaining strong attention to detail and adhering to quality standards
- Collaborating effectively with team members
- Taking initiative and acting independently to complete tasks
- Act upon direction given by local supervisor and team members in Sydney
- Prioritise work with supervision to ensure quality and accuracy
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Prepare work with supporting documents for review and approval
- Respond promptly to feedback and update work as required
- Maintain files in line with requirements
- Lodge approved submissions to regulatory agencies (ATO, ASIC)
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting papers
- Develop effective working relationships with team members
- Work independently with growing autonomy
- Attend meetings and training as required
- Maintain high standards of service for customers and clients
