About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts, expanding awareness of and generating high-quality leads for our client. This role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you will create compelling content, run integrated campaigns, manage digital channels, and collaborate closely with leadership and business development teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
• Project management; balance strategy with day-to-day execution
• Analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
• Work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple timelines
• Maintain brand consistency and elevate professional services branding
• Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, social [LinkedIn], SEO, website)

Competencies and QualificationsMust-Have:

• 5 years and up of B2B marketing experience supporting professional services, consulting, finance, or SaaS companies
• Experience supporting thought leadership and professional branding initiatives
• Portfolio or examples of past campaigns/projects
• Strong communication - clear, concise, confident, and executive-friendly
• Experience managing a marketing team (designers, writers, PPC specialists)
• Proficiency with digital marketing and project management tools such as Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation), Google Analytics, LinkedIn ads

Nice-to-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with financial concepts
