Marketing Project Manager

Muvr is hiring a full-time Marketing Project Manager to become the operational backbone of our rapidly scaling marketing organization. Muvr is a technology-driven logistics platform (think Uber or Grab, but for movers, couriers, and last-mile delivery).
This is not an assistant or coordinator role.
This is the engine that powers execution across the entire Marketing Department.
You will oversee, organize, and drive execution across all marketing functions, including:
- Social Media
- Creative & Content (Video, Graphics, Design)
- SEO
- PR & Communications
- Web & CRO
- Partner & Lifecycle Marketing
- Founder Personal Brand marketing
Your mission is to ensure every initiative, campaign, and deliverable moves through the pipeline on time, with clear communication, proper alignment, and disciplined project management. You will own the structure, systems, and workflows that allow marketing teams to operate efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
1. ClickUp Ownership (Marketing-Wide)
- Build, manage, and optimize the ClickUp structure for all marketing teams.
- Create tasks, workflows, dependencies, timelines, and automation.
- Ensure all teams maintain daily updates and proper task hygiene.
- Build dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility.
2. Project & Campaign Management
- Lead all marketing initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverable schedules.
- Ensure assets move through the pipeline—design → review → revisions → approval → publishing—without delays.
- Remove blockers and enforce accountability to keep projects on track.
3. Cross-Team Coordination
- Run daily/weekly alignment sessions with Social, Creative, SEO, PR, and Web teams.
- Ensure all teams understand priorities, deadlines, and handoffs.
- Communicate changes or updates quickly and accurately.
- Maintain transparency across the entire marketing organization.
4. Marketing Calendar & Pipeline Management
- Own the master marketing calendar.
- Coordinate campaigns, launches, promotions, and content releases across all teams.
- Manage pipelines for short-form content, long-form content, creative assets, SEO articles, PR pitches, and website updates.
5. Reporting & Accountability
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly execution reports.
- Track overdue tasks, blockers, dependencies, and capacity issues.
- Hold teams accountable for ClickUp updates and meeting deadlines.
- Provide structured insights directly to the Marketing Manager and CEO.
6. Process Building & Optimization
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and documentation for operational excellence.
- Improve handoff processes between Creative, Social, SEO, PR, and Web.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows for speed, clarity, and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3– years of project management experience (marketing or creative teams preferred).
- Expert-level experience with ClickUp or comparable PM tools.
- Extremely organized, detail-obsessed, and process-driven.
- Confident communicator who can align multiple teams and personalities.
- Excels in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to enforce deadlines and manage structured execution.
- Experience working closely with creative, content, or marketing operations.
- Bonus:
Familiarity with SEO, content pipelines, PR workflows, and social media management.
