Job Summary

Join our team as a PE-Med Device Complaint Management Specialist where you will play a crucial role in handling customer complaints within the medical device sector. With a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance you will utilize your expertise in MS Excel and customer management to analyze and resolve issues efficiently. This hybrid role offers rotational shifts providing a dynamic work environment without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints related to medical devices ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze complaint data identify trends and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and address root causes of complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all complaint management activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.
  • Document all complaint handling processes accurately in the companys database.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement.
  • Assist in training sessions to educate team members on best practices in complaint management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of complaint resolution strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions based on complaint analysis.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and share insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to medical devices.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring consistent coverage and support for customers.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a foundational understanding of customer management and complaint handling in the life sciences sector.
  • Show willingness to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
  • Display ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.

Certifications Required

Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) or equivalent certification in quality management.
