A parts officer is responsible for managing the inventory and supply chain of replacement parts necessary for equipment maintenance and repair. This role involves monitoring stock levels, sourcing parts from suppliers, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring timely delivery to minimize downtime.

  • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, forecasting parts needs, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing the ordering process for spare parts.
  • Receiving and Storage: Overseeing the receiving, labeling, and proper storage of spare parts to ensure they are easily accessible.
  • Cost Management: Analyzing costs, identifying opportunities to optimize spending, and maintaining profitability in spare parts operations.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Customer Service: Assisting internal teams or external customers in finding and purchasing the correct parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,338.00 per month
