About the role

As a Credit and Collections Officer at F&E ENTERPRISES INC.', you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes. This full-time role is located in Iloilo City, Iloilo, and will play a crucial part in the company's financial operations and cash flow management. Willing to be assigned to Dumaguete.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing and processing customer invoices and credit applications
  • Monitoring and following up on overdue payments from customers
  • Identifying and resolving any billing or credit issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of all credit and collection activities
  • Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to ensure effective credit control measures
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis on the company's accounts receivable performance
  • Implementing and adhering to the company's credit and collections policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a credit control or collections role, preferably within the accounting/finance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve credit and collections issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
  • Thorough understanding of credit control practices, collections processes, and relevant industry regulations
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines
