Job Description:

Accurately weigh, batch, and stage raw materials according to production schedules and product specifications

Ensure all weighed materials are free from contaminants and properly labeled for traceability

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the batching area, tools, and equipment in compliance with GMP

Inspect weighing scales and machines before use, reporting any irregularities or malfunctions immediately

Record daily raw material balances and support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

At least a high school graduate; vocational or technical course in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field preferred

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in food production, batching, or weighing operations

Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic food safety standards

Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible or extended hours when needed
