This recruitment pool will run for a period of twelve (12) months and may be used to fill ongoing fixed term contracts and permanent opportunities.
Currently, there are six (6) permanent positions available for immediate filling.

About The Role
Adult Community Corrections (ACC) Manager plays a vital role in achieving the vision of a connected Corrective Services contributing to a safer Western Australia. Through effective offender management, rehabilitation, and community reintegration, ACC supports safer, smarter, and healthier correctional services that reduce reoffending and create conditions for long-term positive change.
Role
The Centre Manager is accountable for the overall performance of their branch, ensuring quality service delivery, effective resource management, and strong partnerships that support rehabilitation and reintegration outcomes. Centre Managers play a critical role in translating the Department's strategic priorities into practice by:
- Building a culture of safety, respect, and trust
- Creating environments that enable positive change and reduce reoffending
- Partnering with Aboriginal people and communities to deliver better outcomes
- Developing a high-performing workforce where people are empowered to succeed .
Centre Managers model the Department's values of Integrity, Teamwork, Professionalism, Respect, and Accountability, and lead by example to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across their teams.

– To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.

Pool Recruitment
This pool will be open for a period of 12 months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Permanent, fixed term, and full time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
The Department of Justice uses recruitment pools to build a bank of talent for future opportunities. Applicants found suitable in this pool, may be considered for subsequent, similar vacancies, with the Department of Justice for the duration of the pool.
