Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team at AMTI. This role is responsible for delivering reliable end-user support, performing device setup and hardware maintenance, and ensuring proper handling and tracking of IT assets within the premises.

Requirements


• At least 1 year of work experience in IT support or a related role

• Hands-on experience in end-user support

• Must have an experience in structured cabling and networking

• Willingness to work on flexible schedules, weekends, or holidays

• Ability to work onsite at UP Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City

Qualifications


• Experience in device imaging and configuration

• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and basic repairs

• Familiarity with IT helpdesk or IT Express Center operations

• Experience using ticketing systems is an advantage

• Background in IT asset management, inventory, and documentation

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user technical support and respond to IT-related requests

• Perform device imaging, configuration, and deployment

• Support IT Express Center operations and walk-in requests

• Perform hardware troubleshooting and basic repairs

• Handle transport and tracking of IT equipment within the premises

• Maintain IT asset inventory, including tagging, documentation, and reconciliation

• Monitor IT stock and consumables and coordinate asset deployment

• Ensure secure storage of IT assets in compliance with CCTV and access control policies

• Work effectively independently and within a team environment
