PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview:

The Technical Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders. This role involves understanding customers' technical requirements, identifying solutions, and guiding them through the resolution process. The Technical Solutions Specialist serves as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and successful deployment of solutions.

Technical Consultation:

* Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products, services, and technical capabilities.

* Conduct thorough assessments of customers' technical needs and requirements.

* Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to address customers' technical challenges and achieve their objectives.

Implementation Support:

* Guides the Customer Success Officers during the implementation process, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting support, and best practices.

* Collaborate with Customer Success team to ensure timely and successful implementation of

Technical Support and Escalation:

* Serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries, issues, and escalations from customers and internal teams.

* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

* Provide proactive support and guidance to prevent and mitigate potential technical challenges.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:


• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.


• Share technical knowledge and best practices with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders through documentation, training materials, and presentations.

Continuous Learning and Development:

* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in relevant domains.

* Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge through training, certifications, and hands-on

* Assistance for Customer Success Officer:

* Conducts daily routine system maintenance check for the assigned platform, logging any system

* Coordinates with Customer Success Officers for the troubleshooting of technical concerns

* Coordinates with other concerned departments for the maintenance of the adaptive learning

* Assists in the set-up and installation of the platforms/delivery systems to institutional clients

Others:

* Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATION GUIDES

a. Education

i. Must be a college graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Software Engineering

b. Experience

i. Minimum of 2 years

c. Skills

i. Proven experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or a similar technical role.

ii. Strong understanding of technical concepts, systems, and architectures, with

proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms.

ili. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate

complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

iv. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve

technical issues effectively.

v. Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

vi. Team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally in

a fast-paced environment.

vii. Willing to render overtime services as may be required from time to time
