220 Taps N' Tiles, Inc. is seeking a diligent and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring all inventory is properly managed and distributed in a timely manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock
  • Organising and overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Implementing and enforcing warehouse safety protocols and procedures
  • Generating reports on warehouse performance and making recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Providing training and guidance to warehouse staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Manages warehouse operations in various aspects of warehouse management.
  • Coordinating with the personnel based in the head office and other warehouses.
  • Managing and assigning the warehouse crew's daily task.
  • Issuance of memorandum from the management to all warehouse personnel.
  • Monitoring of the day-to-day accomplishments of each warehouse crew.
  • Processing and releasing id items to the clients.
  • Managing the transfer and truckload daily
  • Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports on warehouse activities.
  • Performs, directs, or oversees warehouse operations.
  • Receives and logs incoming shipments, including retrieving freight from other locations.
  • Verifies freight against invoices and purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Manage the loading and unloading equipment to store items, stock shelves, and retrieve items.
  • Fills orders, rotates stock, and delivers items to designated locations.
  • Maintains the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Organizes and maintains inventory and storage areas.
  • Ensures shipments and inventory transactions are accurate.
  • Determines staffing levels and assigns workloads.
  • Trains new warehouse staff and ensures their performance is adequate.
  • Evaluates employee performance and provides feedback.
  • Maintains employee morale and a positive work environment.
  • Monitoring the attendance of the warehouse crew.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead the warehouse team
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
