  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Maintain HR records and manage HRIS data accuracy
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist with performance management and evaluation processes
  • Organize and track employee training and development
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Update and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Support audits, reporting, and general HR administration
