Summary

Assistant Manager for Ads and Promo is responsible to drive consumer engagement and foster brand loyalty through impactful advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

Advertising and Promotions:

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across digital, print, TV, radio, and social media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities, including product launches, events, and sales campaigns.

Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work with the Merchandising and Graphics teams to create compelling marketing materials that align with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.

Marketing Operations:

  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, signage, and displays for all locations.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor marketing/co-marketing budgets for current and upcoming stores.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand promotions, preferably in a retail or fashion-related industry.
  • Proven managerial or leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Strong background in campaign planning and execution across digital, print, TV, radio, and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), with solid budget management and performance analysis skills.
