Job Summary:

Oversee and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily coordination with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
  • Monitor partner performance, including delivery accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
  • Review and negotiate contracts and service-level agreements with logistics partners.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and optimize logistics processes.
  • Prepare performance and compliance reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, or 3PL operations.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools.
