HR Supervisor

About the Role:

The HR Supervisor will play a key leadership role in supporting the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This position is responsible for supervising HR processes, guiding the HR team, and helping drive initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally in a supervisory or lead role
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and policy implementation
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to be trained further and open to continuous learning and professional development
• Amenable to work onsite at:

MRC Building, 7th Street, Brgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
