Job Mission

The Transformation Officer will conceptualize, lead, and execute transformational projects and initiatives across the organization as aligned to the group's transformation aspirations. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams to drive change, improve processes, and enhance organizational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Great Transformation. Specifically, contribute to the design, orchestration, and execution of Transformation programs like the Value Capture Project, ensuring alignment with business priorities and agreed outcomes. Support transformation storytelling and communications as needed to reinforce clarity, adoption, and accountability.
  • Foster an environment of empowered team leaders and members through communicating the best practices, capacity-building initiatives, and agile tools to help targeted A-people reach their fullest transformative potential.
  • Develop a dynamic and thriving transformative environment for A-people while also overseeing and nurturing connections within the Great Transformation network. Additionally, consistently map out the transformation ecosystem of the Aboitiz Group and establish the POCs of each SBUs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and facilitate workshops as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, innovation, and/or communications.
  • Scrum Master Certification is a plus
