Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at
Santino Metal Industries Inc.
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, preparing and executing production schedules, and ensuring that targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The role involves ensuring all products comply with company and client specifications, developing and implementing systems to streamline production processes, and coordinating with various departments on utilities, maintenance, and material requirements. The Production Manager will also determine manpower needs, coordinate with the warehouse and HR departments, and foster strong teamwork and collaboration across production lines. Additionally, the role includes consolidating production reports and supporting department heads in achieving company policies and goals.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial/Electrical/Chemical/Civil Engineering, Business course or equivalent.
  • With minimum of Five (5) to Seven (7) years working experience as Production Manager in related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • With a high level of organizational, planning and time-management skills.
  • Required skill (s): MS Excel, MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Willing to be assigned in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan.
