Administrative and Finance Associate

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to enable the Property Management Office to manage the day-to-day activities which include maintaining Unit Owner / Tenant accounts, compiling information and analyzing data, and helps coordinate work activities.
2. Handle administrative request and queries
3. Inventory and monitoring of facilities and logistics
4. Provide support to managers and employees
5. Assist in daily office needs
6. Responds to all customer concerns
7. Ensure completeness of LGU permits and other regulatory compliances of the Admin Office
8. Responsible for the preparation Statement of Accounts and posting of payments
9. Monitor and oversee the Account Receivables and Payables
10. Safeguard and ensure collections from clients
11. Respond to customers calls/concerns
12. Prepares necessary account reconciliation
13. Helps in the monthly corporate bank reconciliation
14. Ensures compliance of BIR regulatory reports/ submissions
15. And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
Qualifications:
1. With at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Property Management, or any related field, is required for this position
2. Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
3. With good communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers
4. Analytical thinking/ problem solver
5. Result-oriented mindset, self-motivated;
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
6. Advance MS Excel application
7. Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
