
HR Asst Mgr/Mgr

The HR Asst/Manager would be responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring accountability across core HR functions, Talent Management and Development, Organizational Development (which ensures legal compliance, labor relations and all process & policy improvement related to culture needed in the organization), and Total Rewards. The role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals and support a high-performance culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA)
- Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services and solutions.Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to HR staff.Foster a collaborative, engaging, and accountable HR culture.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on HR strategies, risks, and solutions.
- Ensure HR processes and programs are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
2. Talent Management & Development
- Lead the design and implementation of talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and leadership development programs.
- Oversee performance management systems and processes to drive a high-performance culture.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and create development plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous learning initiatives.
3. Organizational Development (OD)
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, transformation, and culture-building efforts.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment across departments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and dispute resolution.Oversee disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
- Advise leadership on labor relations strategies and risks.
4. Total Rewards
- Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure total rewards programs support talent attraction, retention, and motivation.Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure pay structures remain competitive and equitable. Oversee annual salary reviews, bonus plans, and benefits renewals.
- Provide strategic guidance on rewards to support business objectives and fiscal responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree, certifications is an advantage)
- At least 5-8 years of experience in HR preferably experienced in managing a team
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
