Position Summary

We are seeking a Manager of Electronic Engineering to lead a team of electrical and mechanical design engineers engaged in the design of Switching Power Supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the team to ensure the achievement of overall design goals.
  • Research, develop, and implement design plans for power supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective design products.
  • Manage electrical and mechanical engineers, collaborating with key contributors within the company and local engineering universities.
  • Interact across all business units to provide solutions in multiple industries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the power supply industry.
  • Experience in leading a team of design engineers.
  • Strong technical background in power supply design, with an understanding of component characteristics, especially miniaturization.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Team player with willingness to take risks and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated.
  • Ability to perform electrical circuit design, analysis, and failure analysis.
  • Knowledge of switching power topologies and experience in designing high-performance power supplies is an advantage.
