Primary Job Responsibilities:

1.Clean and maintain orderly condition of the compound, vacant apartment units, external areas of occupied apartments, garages, shops, storage rooms, toilets and entire premises including outside perimeters.

2.Water plants and cultivate and maintain planter boxes.

3.Reports needed repairs and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, etc.

  1. Does other assigned tasks.

Skills Required:

  1. Agile, strong and hardworking.

  2. Self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision.

  3. Must know how to properly use brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners and other cleaning/maintenance tools.

  4. Pleasing Personality

Experience:

  • Minimum two (2) years experience as janitor/utility man.

Education:

  • At least high school graduate.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Saturday
  • Day shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php510.00 per day

  • Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
