Timekeeping and Payroll Team Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Timekeeping Management: Supervise the timekeeping process, including time tracking, data entry, and system administration, to ensure accurate recording of hours worked by employees in different operating companies.
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing activities, including data collection, payroll calculations, and disbursements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations (alpha listing) and company policies.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, implementing and maintaining practices that ensure accurate payroll and adherence to legal requirements across various entities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors in timekeeping and payroll operations.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors, such as payroll providers, to ensure the seamless delivery of payroll services to different operating companies.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries related to timekeeping, payroll, and related benefits, providing excellent customer service and problem resolution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze payroll data to identify trends and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR and management teams on timekeeping and payroll-related topics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of timekeeping and payroll specialists, ensuring they are well-trained and capable of providing quality services to multiple operating companies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in timekeeping and payroll administration
  • Knowledge of payroll software and HR systems
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in PH. Familiarity of labor laws in Guam and HK is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
