We are seeking an Internal Auditor to conduct assessments of internal controls, operational processes, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The role includes preparing clear audit reports, recommending improvements, and working closely with departments to support the implementation of corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports that include findings, recommendations, and management responses.
  • Collaborate with departments to support the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Monitor ongoing compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related area.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high ethical standards.
  • Work Style: Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
